Jennifer Smereka

Jennifer is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in the dynamic intersection of IT, Security, HR and Sales.

Jennifer's journey in the IT industry began in the late 1990s when she started as a system administration. Early on she discovered the unique ability of understanding complex, IT projects and translating those initiatives to language that business leaders understood. Jennifer began ascending the ranks in various leadership roles, and together with her teams, successfully implementing secure IT solutions that laid the foundation for resilient organizations. Jennifer is currently a leader in Sales at a large, HR SaaS company, called UKG with over 15,000 employees.

As Jennifer's career evolved into leadership roles, she became interested in human psychology and neuroscience to understand people at a human level. She completed frameworks like Myers-Briggs, True Colours, and HBDI. Jennifer's passion for leading people combined with an introductory understanding of different types of personalities, allowed her to nurture mental health professionally and personally.
